Broken Sink

A line bursting under your sink can cause more damage then you would think.  This customer had a line break while they were not home and water spread throughout the house.  Most places were fine to dry.  Under the sink on the other hand had a leak before the break and with all the water mold started.  This took to taring out the counter and flooring to ensure that the mold was taken care of and would not be a problem in the future.
