When it is time to rent your property to the next tenant you want to make sure everything is clean.  While it's easy to make sure the carpets and walls are clean, it is easy to overlook the basement.  What could easily have been overlooked was taken care of by this landlord.  He called SERVPRO of Fort Dodge to clean the walls and floors of the basement.   We also cleared out the additional debris that was in the basement.  This helps ensure that all the possible tenants coming in to look at the property see that the landlord cares and will treat them well.
